Today we had to rearrange our plans because of the weather. We rescheduled our boat rental and decided to take a day trip to Columbia.
We had drinks at iTap, so we can now say we’ve been to all of them. Then I took him to my favorite Columbia restaurant: Flatbranch. It’s one of the things I miss most about living in Columbia. (I did part of my undergrad at Mizzou and eventually went back for my law degree so I spent a while there).
The last pic is after we ran through a torrential downpour to get back to the car. The weather has been a mess today. This morning we woke up to water coming out of the ceiling. That was an interesting way to wake up.
Even though we had to change our plans, today has been a good day. The best thing about our relationship is that we have fun with each other no matter what we are doing. I love that.
