I couldn’t sleep last night and so now I’m exhausted.
I wish my brain had an off switch.
I dropped my kid off bright and early to catch a bus to his new summer camp. It’s designed to get him ready for Kindergarten, and he’s going to be meeting kids that will be in his class this fall. He told me he was nervous about it, and so I’m worrying about him. I know he will be fine, but it was hard to walk away this morning.
All the early morning driving makes me wish I had moved to the suburbs instead of the city. His school is 30 minutes away from where I live.
I’m an idiot.
Finally got my registration renewed this morning. One less thing to stress about. Yay for that.
I feel sort of sad.
I’ve been pretty emotional this weekend. Maybe it’s hormones? I don’t know. All I know is that while watching the SATC movie yesterday, I sobbed hysterically when Miranda and Steve met on the bridge. Like…whoa.
This shitty weather isn’t helping.
It’s hard to believe it’s June when I spent the morning shivering while we waited on the bus.
