Let’s start with the bad:

• I had to be at court bright and early (in East Saint Louis ugh). 
• Client couldn’t get into the courthouse because her license expired. So that was a total waste of a morning. 
• I got horribly ill while waiting on her, like – barely made it to the bathroom in time omfg what is happening to me I want to die – ill. 
• I’m at home now and feeling quite poorly.
• And there is no Diet Pepsi in the house.
• I think my Macbook is about to give out. The screen is being super wonky.
• Last night, I made Dave turn off the light when we were about to have sex because I currently hate my body with the burning rage of a thousand suns. The hatred is still raging as of right now. Something’s gotta give. 

Now for the good:

• It’s Friday.
• I woke up with my love. I promise to never ever take that for granted. 
• I acquired tickets for the DMB summer tour.
• The weather is absolutely beautiful. 72 degrees and breezy. All the windows are open.
• I ran into an old friend/colleague at court this morning. It was wonderful to catch up. I miss him. 
• I have a nice relaxing weekend ahead with my sweet boy. 
• And we get to see D and F on Sunday. 
• When I got home, Violet immediately noticed I wasn’t feeling well, and came up to cuddle. A purring cat on my belly can make almost anything better. 
• Neko Atsume – my newest obsession. So much cute. Tubbs is my favorite. 
• It’s Friday.
