The steroids resulted in a kick ass training session. I got my pump way the fuck on. My body is delightfully sore today.
I’m doing so much better with my benching. It’s extremely rewarding to see the progress.
Last night, I was passing out on the couch by ten. I’ve barely slept since starting the steroids, but the exhaustion finally won. I slept the sleep of the dead all night. It was glorious. In fact, I overslept, missed my appointment at the Mini dealership, and am still in bed now. Because fuck it.
Impromptu lunch date with D was just scheduled for later today. This day is off to a good start.
Tonight’s family activity is visiting Santa and then dinner out. Kids’ choice.
So last night we got home from date night and I immediately went to change into something more comfortable. I open my closet door and the cat came running out. We had accidentally locked her in there all day long. She ripped up part of the carpet in her attempts to escape. Fuuuuuuuuck.
Luckily, we were planning a closet remodel anyway so it isn’t that big of a deal. Guess we need to push ahead with that in the new year.
2017 is almost here. Crazy.
I know it’s super popular to hate on 2016 right now, but the truth is this was the best year of my life so far. ❤️
