  • Drink more water
  • Exercise 3+ times per week. 
  • More water, less Diet Pepsi
  • Less booze, more weed.
  • Read 4 books. 
  • Write poems.

  1. I need to get back to reading. Seriously. I spent my last long train journey watching TV shows, and listening to music, rather than picking up a book. I’m getting worse and worse.
