I’ve lost 5 pounds since I drastically cut back on my drinking. I can’t say I’ve completely eliminated it, but I’m only drinking like one day per week and it has made a huge difference. I’ve made no other significant dietary changes. 

I’m going to start exercising again this week but I’m going to be reasonable about it. I burnt out with what I was doing before.
