My nightly bedtime routine is kind of ridiculous.
- Wash face
- Apply Murad lightening gel
- Apply mousturizer to face
- Apply rose oil to face.
- Apply tea tree oil to problem spots
- Two separate scalp treatments
- Lash boost
- Lotion body
- Apply sleepy time stick to pulse points
- Take night meds (currently three pills)
I actually need to add to this. I need to start using an eye cream. Any suggestions? I got a sample from Ulta that I need to remember to use tomorrow night.
