fit by 40!

My goal for the next year is to get myself into better shape both physically and emotionally. I want to feel better about myself. I want to feel comfortable with my body. I’m not entirely sure how I will determine that I acheived this goal. I think I’ll just know. I’m not overly concerned with reaching a certain number on the scale. I just want to feel good. I want my clothes to fit properly. I want to feel more rested, less anxious, and generally more zen. I have some ideas I’m going to start implementing.

Obviously exercising is a must.
More water.
More yoga.
More massage.
Journaling.
Being better about taking my meds.
Etcetera

I’m excited! We went to the gym last night where I ran two miles. Gotta start somewhere. I may be going to yoga tonight if the timing works out. Then it’s back to the gym on Thursday night.
