fitness recap: week 2

This week I only managed to do Country Heat once. It was this morning actually.

But I logged 15.5 miles, and a lot of that was jogged instead of the usual power walking.

I feel good. That’s the most important thing.

I’m currently very grateful for my treadmill. I’ve been doing most of my run-walks outside, but there’s no way that can happen this weekend. This morning I did CH followed by a 2.5 mile walk on the treadmill (while I watched an episode of Queer Eye). I plan to do it again tomorrow.
