I got that foreclosure stopped with just an hour to spare. That’s cutting it way too close for my liking. I’m relieved to have that off my plate. For now at least.

It has been a crazy morning so far. Here’s hoping the afternoon is much more chill. Though apparently the 1 pm is a bit of a pill already (and he isn’t even a client yet) so we will see how that goes.
