This ended up being better than I expected. It’s filled with unlikeable, but interesting, characters. About 30% in, I thought I knew exactly how things were going to unfold, but there ended up being a few unexpected twists. It’s a fast read. Good, but not great. You’ll have to suspend disbelief to get through it. That said, it’s well written, and I’m now interested in checking out the author’s other books.
Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC.
