Getting it done, son

1st workout of the day: a couch to 10K run

  • 5 min warmup
  • 10 min run
  • 5 min walk
  • 10 min run
  • 5 min cool down

That ended up being around 2.7 miles.

My 2nd workout of the day was a four mile walk with my husband and the dog. It was humid af – ugh.

And…now my knees hurt.
