Reminder: it’s okay to have bad days, and you don’t need to apologize for it.
Yesterday was a pretty ugly day for me. I cried a lot. Everything felt simultaneously like too much and not enough.
Today has been better so far. I got decent (for me) sleep, which always helps. I have a lunch date with my husband, plus a planned shopping trip this afternoon. We’re going to get some stuff we need for the house.
I had a CT scan this morning, and already got the results.

It’s so gorgeous outside. I wish the trees could stay like this forever. I have a walk planned. I’m hoping to maybe find some new to me local trails this next week.
