Christmas Eve with the kids was great. I love the years we have them on Eve instead of Day. Eve is my jam! We watched movies allllll day. Our list:

• A Christmas Carol (The Patrick Stewart version)
• Star Trek Generations

I made all the appetizers. We snacked all day. D and I drank all day. It was glorious.

This morning, I woke up with pain from that weird tumor (or whatever it is) in my lower back. I took an Oxy and some morphine, and got my shit together. Wasn’t going to let that shit get me down.

Then it was time to open presents!

D got me the bag I really wanted, so he did a great job too!
