Weekly Goals

It’s 12:23 am, which means it’s officially Monday, and Valentine’s Day! I want to set some goals for myself to accomplish this week. Last week, I was able to get a few big things done, and it helped me feel better about things.

  • Bills, bills, bills
  • Clean desk
  • Go into office at least 1x
  • Start the couch to 5k
  • Keep on with yoga
  • Tracking!

I had been tracking my food consistently up until the weekend. I’m giving myself today off, because V-Day, but I’ll be back on track as of Tuesday morning.
