I woke up in less pain today. I can walk mostly normally again.
I think my couch to 5k running last week definitely contributed to my joints completely freaking the fuck out. So, though it pains me greatly, I guess I can’t run anymore. I’m seriously really sad about it. I like running. I miss my running days, and it seems like every 18 months or so I try to recapture them, and end up in this same place. This time, I need to just accept that I am not a runner anymore. I’ll have to be good with walking.
I’d love to get a Peloton. A friend has one, and it is really cool. The features are amazing. But they are way too expensive given my almost non-existent income.
So I guess it’s back to yoga and walking for fitness.
