It’s finally here. And it has been really nice. We’ve watched: The Night Before, Die Hard, A Christmas Carol, and now Star Trek: Generations.

The only downside has been that I’m fairly certain my drain site is infected, and so I’ve been fretting over that all day. I really don’t want to end up in the ER tomorrow. It hurts, but I’m otherwise okay. I’m watching it carefully tho. Like I said…fretting.

We’re looking forward to having Freya home tomorrow morning, and opening gifts. Not sure what we will do with the rest of the day yet – probably more movies. Lol. Oh and we’re making a big dinner. I’m trying out a new mac and cheese recipe I found on NYT Cooking.

Anyway – I’m happy and I’m thankful.
