My newest shade of Revlon lipstick. This has a glossy/shiny finish, which I adore, because I’ve always been a lip gloss gal.
And here I am earlier in the day rocking Certainly Red, which is becoming a go-to for me.
Oh and the Certainly Red also appears glossy because I put clear lip gloss over it.
This stuff is awesome, and it’s only like $12. I picked it up on a whim at Ulta, and it’s working better for me than any of my expensive brands. It’s very buildable, long lasting, and isn’t flaking.
To be fair, I’m also using Burt’s Bees Facial Oil, which has resurrected my dry af skin.

My friends have been asking me for eyeliner tips, so here is a rundown on how I like to do my eye make-up:
I use Urban Decay 24/7 on the upper lash line. I apply liberally, and only after I’ve already applied my eyeshadow. I know people like to apply shadow after eyeliner, but I don’t like the way that looks.
I then use L’Oreal Voluminous Smoldering Eyeliner on my upper waterline. Just lift the lid and apply to the underside of the lashes. This is the most important part, in my opinion.
I use the L’Oreal on my lower lash line and waterline as well. Try to smudge it into the lashes.
Then I apply mascara to top and bottom lashes. I wet a few q-tips and clean up underneath the eye. I wipe the liner completely off the lower waterline (unless I’m going for a really bold look).
That’s it.

I top it with a bit of gloss: either clear (today) or Bougainvillea gloss by LipSense (which I adore).
