I went to Whole Foods today, and it was a bit traumatizing. Couldn’t find anything. It was crowded as fuck. People were all up in my shit. All the stuff there is…weird.

I’ve only lost three pounds according to the scale, but jeans that didn’t fit two weeks ago fit great today. I’m so pleased.

Also – remember when I found an $800 Kate Spade coat on sale for $200? I’m finally getting to wear it.
Code Red requires I drink a gallon of water per day. I’m trying to get it in as quickly as possible so I’m not waking up multiple times per night to pee. Holy fuck this is a lot of water. It seems to be working though – def not feeling hungry. Oh and I put some Ultima in my water to keep my electrolytes balanced. I’m hoping that will help with the dreaded keto flu this time around.
