Code Red requires I drink a gallon of water per day. I’m trying to get it in as quickly as possible so I’m not waking up multiple times per night to pee. Holy fuck this is a lot of water. It seems to be working though – def not feeling hungry. Oh and I put some Ultima in my water to keep my electrolytes balanced. I’m hoping that will help with the dreaded keto flu this time around.


Tonight, I had my burger without the bun, and I skipped the fries in favor of baby carrots & guac.

I’m hoping to be in the 140s tomorrow morning! I’ve seen 149 flash the last two mornings before the scale finally settles on 150.
